Q: Is it free to signup?

A: Yes! GanjaTrack is a FREE platform for both consumers and businesses. As a consumer, once your verify your account you will receive access to all features free of charge. Businesses can also register to enlist their company in our online directory for free as well.

We offer separate packages that include tools and services which may require additional fees. For more information regarding business solutions, please click here.

Q: Can I buy cannabis online?

A: Shops equipped with a GanjaTrack powered storefront may offer online ordering options for their business. This gives the business the power to allow a verified consumer to place an order for pickup or delivery.

Q: Can I use a credit card?

A: Due to the federal laws regarding the sale of cannabis products, credit card processing is very limited with orders placed through a GanjaTrack storefront. Only stores selling federally legal products can accept credit card transactions.

Q: Why is my business not showing up on the website?

A: Your business may not be showing up for several reasons:

1. Check your Admin Dashboard to make sure your account is verified. If your account is not verified, you will notice a warning message at the top of your dashboard. In order to verify your business you must provide us with sufficient information to prove your operate a legal organization. If you cannot provide this information, your company will not be listed publicly.


2. Consumer accounts allow the user to track specific types of businesses that they are interested in. It is possible that the consumer account is not tracking the specific type of business you are listed as, so your business will not show up on their account. To fix this, simply login to your Consumer Account and edit your Track List.

Q: How can I list my product menu?

A: You can upgrade your business account at any time to a package that includes inventory management tools as well as other essential features to help manage your business.
